Hyella keeps records of all records and transactions carried out by any employee, there’s a tab in which an employee selects his/her name when making transactions


Does HYELLA need internet connection to function on our systems?

No it does not, but Hyella needs to be setup on a server in the company which needs to be connected, once that is done, all other systems in the company can access Hyella without any internet connection.


How frequently would there be updates?

That depends on us, once there’s an update, Hyella will notify you once you sign or through an email.


Do we get to have records of our customers on HYELLA?

Yes, every record of all transactions made by any customer would be stored in the database, where it can be accessed whenever its needed.


How do we search for our customers on HYELLA?

There’s a search button which allows you to be input two letters and uses it to search for the customer in question.


Can those existing records be deleted on HYELLA, if yes, by who?

Customer records can only be deleted by the CEO or Owner (Super-Admin) or Manager (Admin), but it solely depends on the limitations of the access roles provided to us by the company.
