What does the frontend and backend in HYELLA means?
The Front-end: The moment a user signs in, he/she is automatically interfaced with the front-end of Hyella, this is where all the customer transactions are carried out, business transactions such as making sales, purchase orders, stock requisition and transfer, creating a customer profile etc.
The Back-end: The back-end is where all the major changes are made to services rendered such as adding, editing and deleting of records of customers and business transactions, (Note) The backend access is strictly limited to certain personnel in the company e.g. The owner, manager or IT staff as the case maybe or business is set up.
